Our WELLNESS clinic is open by appointment only (see hours below), with varying availability depending on whether your pet has been seen by our clinic within the last year (i.e., needs an exam).

  • Pets must be spayed/neutered in order to schedule a wellness exam or tech appointment! The only exception are puppies & kittens under 4 months of age who are already on the schedule for their spay or neuter.
  • Booster vaccinations for pets who have recently received surgical services with WAG and are in need of their 3–4-week booster vaccine that was given at time of surgery. If the booster vaccine is not given in this time frame, the vaccine given at surgery will not be fully effective.
  • Rx pickup: If you are seeking flea treatment for your pet, we can fill prescription requests for pick up or our online pharmacy (must be an existing patient and have a current annual exam), located at https://wagwag.vetsfirstchoice.com/
  • We do not have the ability to treat sick or injured pets at our clinic, with the exception of our surgical rechecks. If you have an emergency, please contact your regular veterinary clinic.

  • IF YOUR PET RECENTLY RECEIVED SURGICAL SERVICES WITH US AND YOU HAVE A CONCERN, please email appointments@wagwag.org with “Post-Surgery Question” in the subject line. A staff member will be in touch with you as soon as possible. If you do not have online access, please call 541-345-3566 and leave a message.
  • If your pet needs medical attention, please contact a full-service veterinarian.

Tuesdays & Thursday, 9:00 am–4:30 pm for “tech appt” (booster appt., flea control, Rx pickups) and Exams with one of our veterinarians. Lunch break between 12-1pm

Please do not resubmit this form or use multiple methods to request an appointment. We respond to requests in the order they are received.

Please note:

  • Requests must be finalized by WAG staff. We will respond as soon as possible. However, it may take up to a week to respond due to high volume of requests. If you have not received confirmation from us within that time, please be sure to check your email spam folder. Email us at wellness@wagwag.org if you do not find the confirmation. If you leave a voicemail, please do not leave more than one message, as it will only delay the return process.
  • All services require prepayment via an invoice that we email to you and must be paid 3 business days prior to the date to secure the appointment.
  • Multiple pets: You may schedule 1 pet per appointment. One form submission is required for each pet. We may not always be able to accommodate more than 1 pet for the same day as we only have a set number of appointments that we can fill per day. If you are unable to make a second appointment for the same day, then it must be full. If needed, you can contact wellness@wagwag.org to see if there is another day where you can get them both in on the same day.
  • Rescheduling: If you are rescheduling an appointment, be sure to indicate that in the “notes” section.

Tips:

  • Date & Time: Select a date and time before you begin filling out the form. You will not be able to submit the form without filling out the entire form.
  • Animal Name: please include any previous name it may be under.
  • Sex: If unknown, choose Female.
  • Age, Weight: Estimates are okay.
  • Breed: We need your best guess, not “Mix”. For cats, you may choose Domestic Short Hair, Domestic Medium Hair, or Domestic Long Hair.
  • Services: You must select a service to proceed with the appointment.

Choose an option below:

  • If your pet is not up to date for their annual exam with us, they will need a wellness exam to proceed with any other services. However, they can be done at the same time.
  • If your pet has recently received an annual exam with our veterinarian through spay or neuter or a recent exam appointment; you will schedule a tech appointment for services.
