Appointment Check-in/Check-out

For the safety of our clients and staff, WAG now has a way for clients to “get in line” virtually in order of their arrival and be checked-in or checked-out remotely by phone, all from the comfort of your vehicle. Click below and fill out requested info–BE SURE to describe your vehicle and where you are parked in the NOTES section, so we know how to find you once it is your turn. Our staff will arrive at your vehicle to retrieve your animal. We still require all staff while interacting. If you have a cat, please double check the security of the carrier before exiting the car when we are ready. If you have a dog, please remove him/her from the vehicle and our staff will place a slip lead on your dog and you can unhook the leash. If you have any problems with our system, please call 541-357-4632. DO NOT ADD YOUR VEHICLE TO THE LIST BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC. PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE. Thank you for your patience!
