• Lane County offers vouchers to residents of unincorporated Lane County.
  Applications for dogs are eligible for up to two $25 vouchers and the dog must have
  a current Rabies vaccination and be licensed. Cats are eligible for one $25 voucher.
  Applications must be mailed or hand delivered to:

• Veneta offers $30 vouchers to qualifying Veneta residents. 541-935-2191


• Stop Pet Overpopulation Today (SPOT) helps people who cannot afford the entire cost of fixing their dogs. 541-485-7768 (485-SPOT)


• Spay Ship helps people who cannot afford the entire cost of fixing their cats.


• City of Eugene Spay & Neuter Clinic has vouchers for use at that clinic available to qualified residents within the city limits of Eugene. 541-682-3643


• Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates (POPPA) provides spay/Neuter information and assistance throughout Oregon.


• Neuter/Spay Oregon is a statewide referral source.
