City of Veneta offers $30 vouchers to Veneta residents.  Vouchers for feral cats available to all residents (WAG's determination, ear tip required)  For owned pets only to qualified low-income pet owners.  See income eligibility requirements on website. Pick up applications at City offices, or print online application, and submit with income proof. There is no income requirement when vouchers are used for feral cats!

Stop Pet Overpopulation Today (SPOT) provides financial assistance to owners unable to afford the full cost of spay neuters for their pet dogs. (541) 485-7768  Especially BIG dogs.

If you're within the city limits of Eugene, you can apply for a voucher at the City Clinic for use at the City Clinic, but not at WAG.  You need to apply in person and pay in advance.
